# Emergency Services Respond to False Alarm in Vossebelt Canal

DALEN - During the night from Friday to Saturday, the emergency services were called out to an accident between Dalen and Coevorden.

It was reported that a vehicle had fallen into the water in the canal at Vossebelt. Emergency services such as the fire brigade, police and ambulance rushed to the scene of the accident. A search operation was immediately launched for the vehicle. The fire brigade searched the water with a sonar robot.

After a lengthy search, no vehicle was found and the fire brigade returned to the barracks.
